Our new cooking classes feature menus that demonstrate nutrition and culinary how-to's so participants gain skills for putting evidence-based recommendations into daily practice. Come experience two hours of hands-on cooking, enjoy the meal you have prepared at the end of class, and leave the dishes and clean up to us!
Join us for this cooking class with a tropical and refreshing menu to beat the late summer heat! Not only is this class designed to have a fun, seasonal menu, it will also showcase meal prep tips that come in handy for the back-to-school bustle!

- Jerk chicken
- Heart of palm salad with homemade dressing
- Tropical fruit salsa
- Coconut rice
- Key lime parfait
