Classes/Programs

Tuesdays from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., starting September 29, 2026. Cost: $34 per session (total cost $340). *CSU Students and employees are eligible for discounts- please see details below. Participants must commit to attend the full 10-week program, but you can pay as you go. Registration holds your spot in the group and covers the cost of the first session.

Our classes feature menus that demonstrate nutrition and culinary how-to’s so participants gain skills for putting evidence-based recommendations into daily practice. New techniques and menus will be released each semester.
