Healthy YOU is a healthy lifestyle class that includes nutrition, mindful eating, and exercise. **CSU employees and students are eligible for discounts- please see details below.**

Tuesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm, starting February 11th, 2025. Cost: $34 per session. *CSU Students and employees are eligible for discounts- please see details below. * Participants must commit to attend the full 10-week program, but you can pay as you go. Registration holds your spot in the group and covers the cost of the first session.
