Tuesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm, starting February 10, 2026. Cost: $34 per session. *CSU Students and employees are eligible for discounts- please see details below. * Participants must commit to attend the full 10-week program, but you can pay as you go. Registration holds your spot in the group and covers the cost of the first session.
