Our new cooking classes feature menus that demonstrate nutrition and culinary how-to's so participants gain skills for putting evidence-based recommendations into daily practice. Come experience two hours of hands-on cooking, enjoy the meal you have prepared at the end of class, and leave the dishes and clean up to us!
Are you interested in growing your spice cabinet and learning about new flavor pairings? This menu is designed to showcase a lesser known style of Asian cuisine, and how its recipes creates quick, balanced recipes perfect for weeknight dinners.
