The KRNC is Going Viral!

Social media is full of recipes offering hacks for cooking, easy ways to boost nutrition, tasty treats, and more! And then there are the recipes that go viral and it seems like every content creator is making their own version. During this class, we will explore our own takes on recent viral recipes including creative ways to cook dumplings, an easy hack for boosting flavor in your rice, a simple cucumber salad, and the famous sprinkle-topped dot cakes.

Location: Room 237/239 Gifford Building, CSU Campus, 502 W Lake St., Fort Collins, CO

Cost: $50 per person (ages 18+)

There is paid parking available at the Lake Street Parking Garage at the corner of Center Ave and Lake Street. Or, free parking is available in “A” lots after 4 p.m.

Please note: If you need to cancel your registration for a KRNC cooking class, we request that you notify us at least one week in advance since these classes have limited spots. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the class date, will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future cooking class. Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days of the class date will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule to a future cooking class. Due to the nature of a cooking class and grocery shopping, cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
