Family Cooking Class - Caribbean Menu

Join us for a fun and flavorful Caribbean menu!

Date: June 27, 2025

Time: 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.

Menu:

  • Kid-friendly Jamaican Jerk Chicken
  • Coconut sticky rice
  • Fresh pineapple and mango salsa
  • Key lime parfaits

Cost: $40 per adult, $15 per child (ages 8+)

Location: CSU Spur Campus: Terra Building, 4777 National Western Dr., Denver, CO

To Register: Email us at nutritioncenter@colostate.edu. We will send you a custom registration link based on the number of family members you wish to register. Please include the date you would like to attend, the names for all people in your group, ages of the children, and any dietary restrictions, such as: Gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, nut allergies, or other restrictions (please specify). Minimum one adult per three children.

Cancellation Policy for Cooking Classes

If you need to cancel your registration for a KRNC cooking class, we request that you notify us at least one week in advance since these classes have limited spots. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the class date, will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future cooking class. Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days of the class date will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule to a future cooking class. Due to the nature of a cooking class and grocery shopping, cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
