Our new classes feature menus that demonstrate nutrition and culinary how-to's so participants gain skills for putting evidence-based recommendations into daily practice. Come experience two hours of hands-on cooking, enjoy the meal you have prepared at the end of class, and leave the dishes and clean up to us! 

This class is designed to showcase creative, delicious ways to increase plant-based protein in the diet, drawing inspiration from Greek cuisine! In this class we will cook with popular plant protein options such as lentils, chickpeas, and hemp seeds, and use them across the flavor spectrum to create dishes that are savory, tangy and sweet.  

Menu:

  • Greek lentil and white bean meatballs
  • Hand rolled pita bread
  • Cauliflower-hemp tzatziki sauce
  • Roasted vegetables
  • Brownie batter dessert hummus

Cost: $50 per person
