Join us for a cooking class featuring delicious Italian cuisine!

Our new cooking classes feature menus that demonstrate nutrition and culinary how-to's so participants gain skills for putting evidence-based recommendations into daily practice. Come experience two hours of hands-on cooking, enjoy the meal you have prepared at the end of class, and leave the dishes and clean up to us!
Menu:
- Gnocchi Primavera with White Beans
- Semolina Boules with Herby Olive Oil and Vinegar
- Berry Zabaglione (Italian custard dessert)
- Please note that for this menu, gluten can not be excluded from these recipes. We apologize that we are unable to accommodate Gluten Free restrictions for this particular class.

Cost: $50 per person (ages 18+)

Please note, a minimum number of participants is required for this program to run. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the program will be re-scheduled.

Please note: If you need to cancel your registration for a KRNC cooking class, we request that you notify us at least one week in advance since these classes have limited spots. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the class date, will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future cooking class. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days of the class date will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule to a future cooking class. Due to the nature of a cooking class and grocery shopping, cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
