Our new cooking classes feature menus that demonstrate nutrition and culinary how-to's so participants gain skills for putting evidence-based recommendations into daily practice. Come experience two hours of hands-on baking, take your goodies with you and leave the dishes and clean up to us!

  • Herbed and Vegan Cheesy Sourdough Crackers 
  • Blue Corn Sugar Cookies 
  • Pear Cardamom Thumbprint Cookies

Location: CSU Spur Campus: Terra Building Kitchen, 4777 National Western Dr., Denver, CO

Cost: $50 per person
